King's Hydro Detailing is a black-owned auto detailing company with a brick & mortar location in NY. They sell high ticket services such as ceramic coatings and paint protection film (PPF).
Client had been in business for about 5 years to this point, and was looking for a consistent way to generate new leads and customers for their business. They were relying on word of mouth and referrals to get business, and it wasn't producing the type of revenue they wanted to scale the business. They wanted to get more sales on their high ticket services such as ceramic coatings, and Paint Protection Film (PPF).

We wanted to create an automated marketing system that helped to not only attract and quality new leads but nurture them into paying customers without the hassle of constantly following up with dead leads. We started by utilizing targeted Facebook ads to find new potential customers who would be interested in his high ticket services.

We utilized Facebook ads to find new people who would be interested in his high ticket services and utilizing our automated CRM software to contact new leads as soon as they opted in to his offer. Through this CRM software the client was able to immediately follow up with leads, track leads, see where they were in the process, and easily follow up with them through phone, text, and email, and even book them for appointments.
